Horrible. Mostly due to the previous renter who left the car somewhere else, did not check out and took the keys with him. So the keyless did not work at all. This cost me valuable time and set us behind the schedule in a day I was supposed to move my house, coordinate a lot of deliveries and people. But the location of the car can be tracked by the owner, snappcar, and the next renters, so, this should have been foreseen and prevented. The car was very dirty, which could also be the fault of the previous renter. But also it needs maintenance. The dashboard is full with warning lights.
I gave 3 stars because the owner tried his best to fix the situation in early morning.

I received a faulty car. The gearbox was not functioning and while I was driving the gearbox cable disconnected, which is something really dangerous for a driver. Fortunately, the customer care service of SnappCar was really helpful and sent a technician as fast as possible. The technician was very kind and eager to help. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Overall, this incident ruined our day and the reason we rent this car, but on the other hand I am satisfied from the immediate assistance that SnappCar provided.
