After one day the vehicle started showing an alert to add engine oil then after it said I need to stop driving the car! I consulted the owner of the vehicle and as per the suggestion added a couple of litres of engine oil, I could drive it but the alert to top up engine oil didn't go away. After a couple of days the engine light turned on with an alert that the engine is faulty and needed a repair. I was asked to again add a couple of liters of engine oil. So, in this tension I had to cut short the trip and return back. But the vehicle owner was supportive and was following up to make sure everything was fine. The vehicle definitely needs an engine repair!!!
