After the check-in, the car looked physically fine from the outside. We just added the comments that the car was not very clean (we found cigarette ash in the backseat and there were belongings of someone else on the trunk) and it could have had a better smell. Other than those comments the car looked fine, so I finalized the check-in. However, after turning the ignition on, we found that the car had low fuel and the engine light was on. Plus, the car keys have no buttons, which makes opening and closing the car very difficult (especially opening, since I had to use another key to push it in). Finally, the clutch feels extremely heavy and the accelerator extremely loose, which makes driving the car difficult. To sum up, I am very displeased with the conditions of the car. Unfortunately, I will have to drive it tomorrow because I do not have enough time to book another car (going to leave at 5am). Due to the reasons listed above, driving the car will be unsafe. Therefore, the minimum that I would expect would be financial recompensation from the owner. Email sent to snappcar support.
