Één van de zuinigste & goedkoopste Diesel auto’s hier op Snappcar, brandstofkosten door zuinig verbruik en lagere dieselprijs ruim 40-50% goedkoper dan de benzine & electrische auto’s. Auto word altijd met 100% volle tank klaargezet en willen wij dus ook 100% vol terug, tankbon conform terugbreng instructies in auto (of eventueel digitaal aan te leveren) dit op advies van Snappcar zodat er geen discussie over bestaat, iedereen tankt dan ook af bij het dichtbijgelegen tankstation, zo houden we het eerlijk en overzichtelijk. The communication was good in the beginning and check in instructions were clear. However, when I had a flat tire on my way home, 900km away still, i found out that the extra tire in the back was super soft and a different size + there were no safety items in the car like orange vest & danger triangle. Its not only dangerous but police can fine you for this. However, the owner was only worried about me not spending to much money on a new tire, or preferably not spending anything but just driving home with the spare tire that was in the back. (He didnt know it wasnt the right size) When i told him that actually all tires are in really bad condition with the chance of exploding / breaking with still 900km ahead according the professionals, he insisted on not changing them and if I would, he would not pay anything for it but the costs would be on me. Not once was he worried about my safety or the safety of the car, all he was worried about was the money i would spent on a new tire. When i called him he didnt pick up and only texted. There was also no window cleaning liquid which makes driving at night with the reflection of lights from other cars and dirt on the window, uncomfortable and dangerous. There were dog hairs in the car which gave my friend an allergic reaction. All in all not a great experience.

De betaling werkte niet met een credit card. Daar was geen alternatief voor anders dan met borg. Het chatkeuzemenu is een drama. Onmogelijk om tot een medewerker te geraken als je probleem er niet bij staat. Voor de rest was de auto prima, de check in en out grondig.
