The car was comfortable to drive, if you don’t pay attention to the engine breaking alert and the open door notification. I strongly advise you to ask for return instructions at the beginning of the exchange, or you may find yourself in a situation where the owner won’t recognise any mistake and will transfer all responsibility to you. I had to park the car without instructions as the owner was not replying to the phone, which resulted into a fine for parking in wrong street. It was my first experience with her/SnappCar and it will be for sure the last one. I don’t recommend you to deal with her. At your own risks.

The car is ok, but when driving straight, the steering wheel points slightly to the left. There are wet wipes and antiseptic in the glove compartment. The biggest problem is that the owner of the car was not available on the day of returning the car and did not leave any instructions on how to return it. I had to choose the place where to leave the car without any fines for the owner and so on, it was very inconvenient.
